Restructuring

Hydro has been involved in reorganization and restructuring for more than 100 years. It has been necessary for our survival.

Corruption

Openness, dialogue and cooperation are needed to make international business more "transparent". This is why we cooperate with the UN Global Compact. But the most important efforts against corruption are made by our over 20 000 employees every day.

Human rights

It's all about respect. Therefore, the minimum requirement we set for ourselves is to support human rights.

Community engagement

The most important thing a company can do for its local community and surroundings is to operate in a responsible manner.
