In the U.S., Hydro is present with aluminium extrusion and precision tubing operations. The company is also a supplier of rolled aluminium and other metal products.
Our extrusion network in the U.S. includes seven plants, many of which also have remelt operations that produce extrusion ingots from production scrap. Hydro also services automotive customers from the U.S. with precision tubing components and systems from a plant in Florida.
In addition, the company has two dedicated aluminium remelting facilities in Kentucky and Texas.
