Sound and transparent governance contributes to both value creation and improved results; it builds trust and establishes a basis for socially responsible conduct.
Corporate governance is therefore crucial to Hydro’s development. Strategies and targets are drawn up on the basis of an integrated governance and management system. Corporate governance has been defined so as to ensure value creation and good control mechanisms.
